I have suffered from IGA Nephropathy since the age of 12 and the high blood pressure came with this condition. On that day, they told me that I was born with it and I only had 6 months to live. I was tired and down, and I had really bad headaches, nausea, and blood in the urine. I had pain in the back as if someone was kicking me, and my legs would shake and give out and I was not able to walk. This affected every part of my life. It was hard because I was so young and I would have to be in the hospital for a week or a month.
This condition would come without warning signs – the only thing would be blood in the urine and after that everything would start all over. The doctors did not offer me treatment, just tests that they would do. I had to go in every 2 weeks to get blood work. They prescribed high blood pressure medications that made me more tired and more sleepy. It was a waste of time and money because I didn’t get any results and I got tired of all the tests and medications.
On September 22, 2004, I came to the Natural Medicine Center. I came because my mom was getting treatments here, but I didn’t expect any results. I did not believe in natural medicine because I didn’t know about it. I thought that I would leave the same way I came in and not have any healing. I was given acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition guidelines, and supplements.
After the first treatment, I felt more energy. I felt change right away because I felt more energy and better. I am able to do everything at work, home and school. I feel so much better and I no longer have kidney problems. My high blood pressure is normal, and I also lost weight. The staff makes you feel comfortable, like family and friends. I feel really good about the results and I refer everyone. Natural medicine is good and it is enjoyable to come here. It does not have side effects and it is not hard to do.
