month, I saw an improvement. I haven’t had any headaches.”
Since my late 20’s, I have had migraine headaches with my period. Before it used to come and go, but this last year, it got worse and it was every month with my cycle. It was tiring because I was stuck in bed until it went away. It would begin as a regular headache which would progress to a migraine and would lead to nausea and vomiting. It affected my work because I couldn’t work for 1-2 days every month. I would be on bed rest for 1-2 days. The medical doctor prescribed medications which didn’t help me at all and eventually made me more nauseated and sick to my stomach. There were no results.
On March 25, 2005, I came to the Natural Medicine Center. A friend referred me because she saw results right away. I didn’t quite understand natural medicine, but my husband was supportive. My first impression of the clinic was that it was comfortable and personable. I was impressed by the Christian part of natural medicine and how they are all God’s herbs and this is God’s medicine. The herbs are bitter but they work and the acupuncture is relaxing.
In the first month, I saw an improvement. I haven’t had any headaches. I feel better, my energy is better, my bowel movements are regular, and I lost weight. I didn’t miss any work and I don’t have to worry about planning things around my period.
The staff is nice and professional. They are easy to talk to and they teach you if you have questions. My friends and family are happy for me and they tell others about natural medicine. I believe in natural medicine strongly now and I tell others my story and about how it helped me. You have to try it before you can deny it.
