For all my life, I have had painful menstrual cycles. Every month, I had cramping from the stomach to back area, and I was in pain for a week. I would have to lie down and take pain pills. I also took birth control pills. I was tired and just wanted to rest. This also affected my moods. I also suffered from a stomach condition due to toxins and stress, which caused me pain.
