Por 9 aňos desde que tenía 18 aňos padecí de ansiedad y ataques de pánico. Tenia miedo subir al metro, de entrar a la tienda y hasta de caminar. Mi corazón palpitaba rápidamente era difícil de respirar y sufría de calores. No podía estar sola fuera de mi casa ni en cualquier actividad.
Vine al Centro de Medicina Natural el 31 de Agosto del 2004, Porque no quería tomar medicamentos de droga. Quería probar con la medicina natural para ver si funcionaba. Una amiga me comento que había recibido acupuntura para las alergias y le ayudo. Recibí acupuntura, hierbas medicinales y suplementos. La acupuntura no es dolorosa y me acostumbre a los tes.
Me empecé a sentir mejor en solo dos semanas. Algunos días fueron buenos y otros fueron malos. Pero después de dos meses la ansiedad desapareció.
