In March 2005, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol I was devastated when I found out that my cholesterol level and LDL cholesterol were both high. I have always exercised and I felt that I ate relatively healthy, so the diagnosis concerned me. I felt sluggish and tired with low energy. I did not want to take the prescription drug medications, and I wanted a more natural approach to treat the cause of my problem.
I began treatments at the Natural Medicine Center immediately. They helped me with diet, nutrition and exercise and gave me acupuncture, herbal medicine and herbal tablets. The acupuncture is so relaxing and the herbs helped to strengthen my body and to cleanse my systems. The staff is very kind and showed a genuine concern for my health. I appreciate the time they spent with me.
