MIS MUÑECAS HAN REGRESADO A LA NORMALIDAD
“Después de dos meses, ya no tenia mas dolor y
la movilidad En mis muñecas era un 100%.
Hace dos años di a luz a mi primer hijo. Poco después empecé a desarrollar un dolor en mi muñecas .En dolor empeoraba progresivamente día a día. Por la noche tenia mucha dificultad para dormir. No podía hacer tareas sencillas tales como abrir botellas o pomos. Tampoco podía hacer que hacer como lavar la ropa. Lavar la losa, cambiar las sabanas de las camas, picar verduras levantar objetos pesados o livianos ni escribir.
Hasta cuidar a mi bebe avaces era imposible. Tenía que sentarla enfrente de mí y recargarla en una almohada no podía cargarla. Cuando empezó a ponerse mas pesada la levantaba con los brazos rectos como una maquina. No podía usar reloj, ni doblar mi pulgar con los 4 dedos. Hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio era muy difícil.
Busque ayuda con los médicos. Me recetaron numerosos medicamentos para el dolor y ante-inflamatorios. 8 meses después recibí inyecciones de cortisona en mis muñecas. El mismo doctor me recomendó regresar por mas inyecciones si, es que la primera sesión no me funcionaba. También me informo que si este tratamiento no funcionaba necesitaría practicarme una operación en las muñecas. No quise llegar tan lejos.

Inmediatamente empecé a experimentar dolor casi por un día y medio. Dos meses más tarde no tengo mas dolor y mis muñecas tienen más movilidad en un 100%.
